Ewha Womans University Medical Center Starting Volunteer Medical Service to Mongolia

Ewha Womans University Medical Center held a launch ceremony of 2015 Volunteer Medical Service Team to Mongolia at its conference room on 20 August with board of directors and team members participated. This team was organized with 10 excellent medical staff; Professor Kim, Tae-Heon of Gastrointestinal Medicine as a team leader, Dr. Park, Chang-Won (Artificial Joint Center), Dr. Hong, Geun (Liver Center), Dr. Cho, Anne (Pediatric Medicine) and nurses. Ewha’s Mongolia Volunteer Medical Service Team plans to visit Umnugobi Dalanzadgad City, Mongolia with around 14,000 population and spread serving and sharing attitude, Ewha’s founder spirit, to residents for six days (20~25 July). In addition, the team is going to hold international symposium in Ulan Bator Songdo Hospital and National Medical School to share Ewha Womans Univ. Medical Center’s advanced and experienced technique by live surgery and special lecture.
