A 2-year old Mongolian baby, Bat-orshikh Battsetseg, was surprised with her special birthday gift in South Korea. She used to have patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), which was one of the congenital heart diseases. She was transferred to Gachon University Gil Medical Center, Korea on February 16th, 2016 and ended up getting discharged on 29th February. To celebrate her 2nd birthday, social workers, medical staff, and supporting agencies gave her boxes of birthday gifts and cards. Not only Bat-orshikh Battsetseg but 5 more Mongolian kids were invited and treated well in Gachon University Gil Medical Center, Korea. and all of them had successful surgeries. Gachon University Gil Medical Center has invited and treated 380 young heart disease patients from other sixteen countries since 1996.
