Korea International Medical Association visited in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

On 6th September, a health business delegation from KIMA (president, ChangSuk Suh in Seoul National University Hospital) held a medical publicity event in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. About 230 business meetings took place in Tashkent with a total of 130 participants, high-level officials from Uzbekistan, including Vice-Minister of Health, director of division of external relations in board of health, etc., and parties from colleges of medicine in Tashkent, paediatric laboratory, local agencies and so on. Especially, Vice-Minister of Health in Uzbekistan showed interest in long cooperation and roles of Korean hospitals regarding the modernization of public hospitals. In order to develop cooperation and favourable interest about medical service and health in Korea, hospitals attended this event decided to hold constant medical event, medical training, and charity program.
