Samsung Medical Center, CAR T-Cell Therapy Center  CAR T-cell Therapy Center at Samsung Medical Center is the only institution in Korea that performs CAR T-cell therapy. For the first time in Korea, the procedure has been completed on 11 patients with refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and about 20 patients are waiting for treatment by the end of this year.Currently, the CAR T-cell Therapy Center offers Novartis' Kymriah CAR T-cell therapy to patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients who are under the age of 25. In addition, clinical trials for CRCO1 developed by a Korean company (Curocell) are underway for patients with refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Furthermore, being known as the CAR T-cell Therapy hub in Korea, clinical trials for CAR T-cell therapy developed by Janssen are also in progress for patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.CAR T-cell treatment requires collaboration with various departments within the hospital prior to the start of treatment.
