Severance Hospital established Severance-Qingdao Hospital in China

The Severance Hospital of the Yonsei University Health System(YUHS) and China Hiking Group announced groundbreaking ceremony of Severance-Qingdao Hospital in Qingdao, China. The hospital will be equipped with 1,000 medical beds and open in September 2020. The two corporations will invest a total of 300 billion won in 50:50 ratio. The project is consisted as the China Hiking for cash and Yonsei University Health System provides investment in kind as consultation of hospital construction and the brand name. They intent to construct the Severance-Qingdao Hospital that is the same as Seoul Severance Hospital and the system of medical and administrative as well.
