MizMedi Hospital Opens Premium Postpartum Care Center \'Dear One\'

MizMedi Hospital opened 'Dear One,' a postpartum care center offering medical expertise and premium pre-and postnatal care services on July 1st.

'Dear One' is MizMedi Hospital's heartfelt postpartum care center. It offers sincere care for the precious mother and child who are unique in the world and supports the moment of new beginnings as parents. After five years of preparation, it welcomed its first mothers and newborns this July.

At the Dear One completion ceremony held last month, Hospital Director Park Yong-soo said, "As part of realizing MizMedi's value of providing the best medical services, I ask for your interest and support for 'Dear One,' a postpartum care center that will provide the best care and rest for mothers and newborns." He expressed gratitude to the executives and related companies who led the project.

Based on the medical expertise of MizMedi Hospital, which has been designated as an obstetrics and gynecology specialist hospital by the Ministry of Health and Welfare five consecutive times, Dear One offers differentiated premium services by combining parental education for newborns, childcare education, and pre-and postnatal management programs for mothers.

The postpartum care center is a standalone building exclusively for mothers and newborns. It provides a space for mothers to catch their breath before becoming a mother, with four types of rooms akin to a 5-star hotel, a lounge where mothers can rest and socialize, a spa and fitness center for quick recovery after childbirth, and special spaces for newborns such as a baby spa. The newborn room applies positive and negative pressure equipment systems in hospital operating rooms, ensuring thorough infection control for newborns, which is of utmost importance.
