Sun Medical Center announced on the 7th that it has opened ‘Nura Sun Bali Hospital’ in Bali, Indonesia, introducing Korea’s advanced medical system.
Sun Medical Center will share its state-of-the-art medical technology and expertise in hospital construction and operations with Nura Sun Bali Hospital in return for a share of the hospital’s revenue.
This opening is part of a national healthcare project led by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Welfare, which guarantees the partnership model between the two hospitals for the next ten years.
Over the past year, Nura Sun Bali Hospital has adopted the hospital information system used by Sun Medical Center, and local medical and administrative staff have undergone training at Sun Medical Center.
The dental department of Nura Sun Bali Hospital is modeled after Sun Dental Hospital. It provides a wide range of services, from digital diagnostics and dental implants to cosmetic dentistry and oral rehabilitation.
The dermatology and plastic surgery departments will offer advanced procedures performed by internationally trained specialists, including laser treatments, wrinkle therapies, skin injections, facial lifts, and hair transplants.
The Indonesian government also plans to establish additional hospitals in major cities using the same partnership model as Nura Sun Bali Hospital.
Sun Seung-hoon, President of Sun Medical Center, stated, "The opening of Nura Sun Bali Hospital marks a turning point in improving Indonesia's healthcare environment, going beyond the export of Korea’s medical system. We will continue our efforts to provide higher-quality medical services to the Indonesian public and expand opportunities for collaboration between the two nations."
