What captured Uzbekistan visitors the most was how to adapt Korean advanced medical education system and clinical education for strengthening Uzbekistan medical staff's performance. The Vice Health Minister Laziz N. Tuychiev has been spotlighted by opening Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) in October, 2014. This is called the most successful example of adapting a Korean university education system to a Uzbekistan education system. Meanwhile, Inha University Hospital made an MOU with Tashkent Medical Academy, Uzbekistan for medical technology and trainings. Also, they keep finding various tactics to strengthen the helpful relationship with Uzbekistan. For example, organizing a Public Healthcare Support Group offers Uzbekistan patients complimentary surgeries and medical services in March 2014.
