Samsung Medical Center signed an MoU with TUV SUD Korea for development of Smart and Digital Healthcare

On 12th May, Samsung medical center and Samsung Advanced Institute for Health Sciences & Technology (SAIHST) signed a memorandum of understanding with a health sciences research institute, TUV SUD Korea for cooperation in the area of smart & digital healthcare. By signing this memorandum of understanding Samsung medical center is expect to cooperate in the field of certification of digital healthcare R&D including a technical standard. Three institutions are supposed to build close cooperation regarding ▲verification and validation review for final approval of smart healthcare device ▲determination for regulatory and safety problem at the early stage of product development ▲construction of database and know-how for conformity assessment of new technology about new medical device ▲joint activities in the field of technical training, internship programs and on the job training.
