Cooperation for protection of the rights and interests of foreign patient and their safety

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding protection of the rights and interests of international patients and their safety was signed by the two organizations, Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) and Korea Institute for Healthcare Accreditation (KOIHA). The MOU about appraise, education and follow-up management of companies which provide a service to international patients expands the current collaboration between the KHIDI and KOIHA and enhances a framework for them to work on vitalization regarding the attraction of foreign patients together.
