Dental Clinic of Ewha Womans University Seoul Medical Center, executed training for Mongolian dentists… Dental conservative root canal treatment program

Dental Clinic of Ewha Womans University Seoul Medical Center disclose that it executed 2-week hands-on and observation program for, and presented certificate of completion to the Mongolian trainees over the period of 12th ~ 23rd of last month.

3 dentists affiliated with the Mongolian National University of Medical Science completed training on  Conservative Dentistry and microscopic root canal treatment (by professor Yeong Eun Chang of root canal treatment department).

Odkhuu Michidgerel, one of the trainees, was a former student of the Graduate School of Clinical Dentistry of Ewha Womans University and completed oral and maxillofacial dental surgery program from 2018 to 2020. Since then, he returned to Mongolia and worked as a dentist and an educator at the Mongolian National University of Medical Science since 2021, and decided to participate in this training session again.

Odkhuu Michidgerel stated that, “Thanks to the excellent education I had at the Ewha Womans University Medical Center, I was able to teach students in Mongolia with a great deal of confidence” and that, “I will continue to learn the advanced medical techniques of Korea by continuing interaction with the Ewha Womans University Medical Center in the future and have them known more widely throughout my country.”

Meanwhile, the Dental Clinic of Ewha Womans University Seoul Medical Center is planning to continuously pursue interaction and cooperation with Mongolia in order to make contributions towards diversification of global networks of the Ewha Womans University Medical Center in the future.
